Design is a collaborative process. The ‘getting to know you’ phase at the start of the project allows us to understand your needs, your lifestyle & your investment amount. We ask a lot of questions and discuss in depth your requirements for each space. We will outline and confirm the scope of work for your project

Design Services
Please note that this service begins with a minimum of 6 hours and can be increased in 4-hour increments
•In-person meetings and communications with clients
•Floor plans and layout ideas
•Guidance for kitchen and bath design
•Sourcing and purchasing of items

•Liaising and meeting with trades & vendors
•Managing of custom window treatments, picture framing & upholstery orders

Design Selection
We can assist you in choosing finishes for all areas of your home’s interior, such as your kitchen, bathrooms, main living spaces, bedrooms, front foyer, mudroom, laundry room, and basement. We also consult on exteriors, including outdoor living spaces.

Project Timeline
It’s essential to keep the momentum going once you start planning for a decorating or renovation project. There are many moving parts, often with numerous people involved working on tight deadlines.
Once we begin working with you on your project, we like to set up an outlined scope of work for tasks that you specifically need our help with. From there, we can establish estimated hours above the 6-hour minimum for these design services.

We will then review and have you sign our contract to ensure you understand our process. We will collect a retainer payment and then schedule our next appointment to commence services and start the collaborative process of designing your dream home.
